What we collect, why, and how it's used.
When you enquire about a piece or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name and email address. If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored with Mailchimp, our email service provider.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, process orders, and — if you've subscribed — send our monthly newsletter featuring new artwork. We do not sell or share your information with third parties beyond what's needed to fulfil an order (for example, passing a delivery address to the relevant artist for shipping).
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, which helps us improve it. This data is anonymised and aggregated; it isn't used to identify you personally.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing thescreengallery.shop@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at thescreengallery.shop@gmail.com.
